For awhile, my nighttime skincare routine consisted of face wash and some moisturizer. However, I'm learning more and more about skincare and how important it is to take care of your skin . . . even at 23 years old. It's never too late to start — that's why, I choose to spend money on products that are free of any chemicals and that actually make a difference!
I start with Korres foaming cleanser and apply it with my Clarisonic. Then I use Khiel's Ultra Facial Toner and apply that with a cotton pad. After my face is free of any excess makeup, chemicals, or dirt, I use Caudalie Polyphenol C15 Anti-Wrinkle Defense Serum (a little goes a long way!). When that soaks in, I use Clarins Multi-Active Night Youth Recovery Cream on my face and neck. Finally, I apply Tarte's C-Brightener Eye Treatment underneath and around my eyes.
This might seem like a pretty involved process but I actually enjoy doing this before bed. It's my little nighttime ritual that gets me prepped for bed. When I wake up the next morning, I see a noticeably smoother and nourished face ready for the day.
